1. Payment Method
Once you have completed the booking form, you can proceed with secure online payment to confirm your reservation.
• Click the “BOOK NOW” or “BUY NOW” button.
• Fill in your credit card details and press submit.
• Once payment is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation voucher within 24 hours.
All transactions are protected using SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) for your privacy and security. Your personal information will never be shared. Payments are processed via ThaiEpay.com and PayPal.com.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made in Advance
• 100% Refund – For cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled trip date.
• 50% Refund – For cancellations made between 48 hours and 30 days before the trip.
Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before Trip or No-Show
• No Refund – Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows.
Cancellations Due to Weather
• If we must cancel your trip due to bad weather, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• No refunds are issued once the trip has started.
Last-Minute Illness or Inability to Attend
• We are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for last-minute illnesses or failure to attend, as all services are pre-arranged and paid in advance.
• A new reservation and full payment will be required to reschedule.
Refund Method & Fees
• Refunds will be issued to your credit card.
• A 5.5% refund processing fee applies to each booking.
• Refunds typically take 1–2 weeks to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
3. Booking Confirmation
• Once your booking is submitted and payment is made, we will process your reservation during Thai business hours (08:00–20:00 GMT+7).
• Most bookings are confirmed immediately. If not, we will notify you via email.
• If you do not hear from us, please check your junk/spam folder, especially if using Hotmail or Yahoo.
4. Special Conditions
Children
• Children under 3 years: Free of charge
• Children aged 10 and above: Full price
Pregnant Women
• We cannot accept bookings for pregnant women due to safety and insurance regulations.
• If a reservation is made without informing us of a pregnancy and you are refused entry to the boat or transfer, no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to notify us in advance.
Wildlife & Natural Conditions
• We cannot guarantee sightings of monkeys, sharks, turtles, dolphins, or clear snorkeling visibility. Nature is unpredictable and uncontrollable. No refunds or compensation can be offered for such circumstances.
National Park Closures
• Access to Maya Bay or Bamboo Island may be restricted or closed by the authorities due to strong winds or other conditions.
• We cannot offer compensation or refunds in such cases.

6. Booking, Cancellations & Changes
How to Book:
Click the “BOOK NOW” button and complete the form with payment. A confirmation voucher will be emailed to you once the booking is confirmed.
How to Cancel or Amend a Booking:
Simply contact us via email or WhatsApp with your booking reference. Any applicable refund and fees will be confirmed.
